Nice food great service but prepared to spend approx us 90 per pax for a window seat or us 70 per pax for a non window seat for set menu. After riding 2 elevators that travel at 35 mph you get to the restaurant which has huge windows all around offering a 360 degree view of taipei. The view is also great.
